Supporting Community Initiatives...

We encourage our team to take part in events and initiatives that support and encourage bonds with local communities.

In addition to Elior UK community initiatives, we allow our people two paid days out of the business volunteering and engaging with local charities to make a difference.

Supporting Vulnerable People

We support Refettorio Felix – arranging supply drops and extra staff for the vibrant community kitchen and drop-in centre, supporting rough sleepers, the homeless, and those struggling with their mental health.

Lifetime of Enrichment

Lifetime of Enrichment is our social value campaign which is aimed to deliver a lifetime of social value across every life stage.

We are thrilled to share that we have not only reached but exceeded our initial target. From January 2023 to December 2025, our amazing colleagues have contributed 38,364 days of social value, surpassing our original goal of 28,835 days (the average number of days in a lifetime).

Looking ahead, we’re setting our sights even higher. We’re introducing our Second Generation of Lifetime of Enrichment with an ambition is to deliver an additional 57,670 days of social value by 2030. We can’t wait to continue celebrating the incredible impact happening across Elior and all our subsidiary brands.

Our Full Campaign Report highlights these stories of positive change, from community partnerships to sustainability initiatives, and the lasting impact we’ve created together.

Natasha Allergy Research Foundation

Natasha's Foundation

Our Charity partner is Natasha's Foundation with an aim to raise over £100,000. So far almost £40,000 has been raised towards this target.

The Charity was launched in 2019 by Nadim and Tanya Ednan-Laperouse in memory of their 15-year-old daughter Natasha, who tragically died from a severe allergic reaction to sesame. Natasha's death highlighted the urgent need for better allergy awareness and clearer labelling of allergens for people with life-threatening food allergies.
