"Fraîch'Attitude" is not a diet – it's a state of mind. The idea is to help people rediscover their true nature by taking pleasure in eating while respecting their bodies with healthy and natural products.
Arpège firmly believes in promoting this idea and will be spreading the "Fraîch'Attitude" message at its corporate restaurants between 2 June and 6 June 2008. Information will be provided to guests along with presentations, games and recipes as well as large buffets of fresh fruit and vegetables. Leaflets will be distributed to raise guests' awareness of the importance of eating fresh fruit and vegetables by providing advice on preparation and simple guidelines such as "half of each meal should be made up of fruit and vegetables".
*Formed in 1981, APRIFEL (the Fresh Fruit and Vegetables Research and Information Agency) provides consumers in France with in-depth and up-to-date information on fruit and vegetables, concentrating on both taste and health aspects.
Arpège is cited as one of the official national partners of the "Fraîch'Attitude" week on the event's website at: semainefraichattitude.com
