The Elior Group brands Avenance, Arpège and Alsacienne de Restauration provide institutional catering management services to the private sector and the education and medico-social sectors. They also provide a number of related services based on their knowledge and experience, such as facilities management and facilities maintenance services.
Elior : initiatives for hygiene and food safety.
One of the Elior Groups major objectives is to install food hygiene, health and safety norms and standards in its institutional catering services and fast food and hotel restaurants. To this end we have developed a number of Charters which include HACCP manuals.
