As well as offering customers a diversified range of catering services, the Elior Group can also provide maintenance facilities for professional catering and fast food catering equipment. They also provide biocleaning services. These activities are all part of the group's Facilities Management service.

Elior is aware of their customers’ specific requirements in terms of catering. We are developing new concepts of home meal delivery and traiteur services. Home meal deliveries tend to be mostly for older people.
Elior : guaranteeing a balance diet.
Being involved in the catering business, Elior has developed a range of procedures to guarantee consumer food safety, including developing HACCP health and safety plans for institutional catering. Our Quality Assurance and Food Safety Department make regular quality assurance audits of catering facilities.
