Elior is aware of their customers’ specific requirements in terms of catering. We are developing new concepts of home meal delivery and traiteur services. Home meal deliveries tend to be mostly for older people.

Food safety is Elior's first priority. This is why we developed institutional catering and company catering HACCP manuals for our Quality Assurance and Food Safety Department. We have also introduced a rigorous selection process for our institutional catering suppliers as well as catering quality assurance audits.
