Executive Assistant


Job description - Reporting to a member of the Management Committee, the Executive Assistant acts as the interface between the various internal departments and third parties. His/her responsibilities include administrative tasks (mail, typing, preparing orders, monitoring invoices, etc.), organisation (managing and coordinating diaries, organising meetings, making travel arrangements, etc.), and communication (telephone calls, internal and external contacts, etc.).


Profile - With two years’ higher education, you are highly proficient in office systems, are well-organised, and write well.

More importantly, you demonstrate the right personal qualities, including a sense of service, interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
