We have exceptional expertise in gourmet dining, operating prestigious restaurants such as Les Ombres at the Quai Branly Museum, La Maison de l’Amérique Latine (boulevard Saint-Germain), the Orsay Museum restaurant, Le Grand Louvre at the Louvre Museum and Le Ciel de Paris, Europe’s highest restaurant located at the top of Tour Montparnasse.

 

Regularly acclaimed by the French and international press, these gourmet restaurants are led by chefs committed to creating extraordinary meals from ordinary ingredients with understated excellence. All our chefs have had outstanding careers. For example, Arno Busquet, at Les Ombres, was previously second chef at Laurent and was trained by Philippe Braun at Joël Robuchon’s restaurant, while Jean-François Oyon, at Le Ciel de Paris, started out working under Robuchon and then under Louis Grondard at the Jules Verne restaurant in the Eiffel Tower.

 

Eliance encourages its chefs to express their culinary talent outside their kitchens, and supports them in the publication of upscale cookery books, such as the latest book published by Yves Pinard, chef at Le Grand Louvre: “Cooking and Painting in Orsay”.
