Eliance manages the restaurants of such leading French museums and cultural venues as the Louvre, the Château de Versailles, Orsay Museum, Quai Branly Museum, Bibliothèque Nationale de France and Le Palais de la Découverte. At each one, we offer catering solutions tailored to visitor expectations and aligned with their national customs.

We also partner museums in their event organisation activities, by providing turnkey solutions through Elior Evénements and a catering offer.

As well, we manage canteens for museum staff, for example at the Louvre and the Orsay Museum.
