Robert Zolade, Chairman |

Robert Zolade graduated from Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (IEP) and also holds a degree in law and a post-graduate degree in economics. He held various positions within the Accor Group, including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Générale de Restauration in 1990 and Chief Executive Officer of Compagnie Internationale des Wagons-Lits et Tourisme between 1990 and 1992. Together with Francis Markus he went on to found the Elior Group and the two men acted as Co-Chairmen until 2004. Since that date Robert Zolade has been the Group’s sole Chairman.

Jacques Roux, Chief Operating Officer |

Jacques Roux graduated from Ecole Hôtelière de Paris and has spent his entire career in the catering industry. He was in charge of Airport and Motorway Catering within Wagons-Lits from 1976 to 1986 before going on to head the company’s Commercial Catering Division from 1986 to 1990. He then served as Chief Executive Officer, Public Catering for the Accor Group between 1991 and 1995 and was subsequently appointed Chairman of HRC’s Management Board, a position he held until 1997. Jacques Roux joined the Elior Group as Managing Director of Concession Catering (Eliance) and was named Group Managing Director responsible for Elior France in 2001. He has been the Group’s Chief Operating Officer since 2005.

Gilles Cojan, Managing director B.I.M

A graduate from Essec business school in France, Gilles Cojan spent the early part of his career within the Finance Department of two major industrial players - the pharmaceutical group Servier and the automotive supplier Valeo. He then went on to work in the banking sector for GTI Finance, a subsidiary of Banque Transatlantique. Gilles Cojan joined Elior in 1992 where he successively held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Group Managing Director Elior International and Strategy. Along with Robert Zolade he sits on the Group's Strategy Committee as a representative of Bagatelle Investissement et Management, Elior's major long-standing shareholder. He is also a member of the Group Executive Comittee, responsible for Strategy and Partnerships. |

Philippe Chevallier, Chief Financial Officer |

Philippe Chevallier is a graduate of Essec business school and Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (IEP). He began his career with Ugine Aciers where he served as Assistant to the Financial Department from 1982 to 1984. He then held various financial positions within the Usinor (Arcelor) Group, including Deputy Head of the Financial Management Department of Usinor Sacilor (1984-1987), Head of the Trading Room (1988-1993), Head of Finance, then of Financial Transactions at Usinor (1994-1998) and subsequently Corporate Secretary for Usinor Distribution (1999-2000). Philippe Chevallier joined Elior as Chief Financial Officer in 2001.

Catherine Chouard, Human Resources Director |

Catherine Chouard is an economist who graduated from Insead business school and holds a post-graduate degree in advanced human resources management from Institut d’Administration des Entreprises de Paris (IAE). She began her career as Central Administration Officer in the Employment Department of the French Labour and Social Affairs Ministry before holding several different positions within EDF-GDF between 1985 and 1990. She worked for DHL International as Human Resources Director between 1990 and 1993 before being appointed as National Head of the Customer Call Centre, a position she held from 1993 to 1994. She set up the Group Human Resources department at GrandVision, where she stayed from 1995 to 2000 before joining Elior in 2001. Catherine Chouard was awarded the title of Best Human Resources Director of the Year by the Le Figaro/Hudson jury in 2004.

Jacques Suart, Chief Communication Officer |

Jacques Suart holds a degree in philosophy and a post-graduate degree in Political Science. He began his career as a Communications Consultant at Bernard Krief and subsequently worked at RFC. He served as Head of Communications and Press Relations at the French Infrastructure Ministry from 1986 to 1988 before being appointed Chief Communications Officer of the Ministry’s regional development department (DATAR), a position he held until 1989. He then went on to successively serve as Chief Communications Officer with the Schneider, Lafarge and PPR groups. Jacques Suart has been Elior’s Chief Communications Officer since 1999. He also chairs Entreprises & Médias, a professional association for Communications Officers.
