Sales Outlet Manager


Job description - The Sales Outlet Manager assists the Site Manager in managing a retail outlet featuring regional products. He/she is responsible for the outlet’s upkeep, compliance with merchandising agreements, raw materials, employees, overheads, etc. His/her tasks include supervising the team, organising sales promotions, planning staff rotas and monitoring compliance with Group procedures and standards.


Profile - You have two years’ higher education in catering or business, with two to three years’ work experience (including internships). You have the potential to manage a team and a profit centre.

Job description - Reporting to the Sector Manager, Team Leader or Site Manager, the Hygiene and Cleaning Service Employee ensures compliance with cleaning protocols, as defined by ISO standards and the establishment’s quality charter. He/she maintains the cleanliness of the assigned areas (rooms, operating theatres, corridors, offices, etc.) and may also be required to distribute meals to patients, as needed. He/she dresses appropriately for the tasks to be performed and complies with the health and safety rules applicable to the healthcare sector.


Profile - You are proficient in cleaning techniques and materials. You are meticulous and a team player.

 

Hygiene and Cleaning Services Team Leader


Job description - Reporting to the Site Manager or Sector Manager, the Hygiene and Cleaning Services Team Leader manages the team and assists his/her manager in managing the entire site. He/she is responsible for quality control and for overseeing compliance with the quality charter. As well as leading the team and participating in the administrative management of employees, he/she tracks materials and supply levels, and maintains good relations with the establishment’s personnel.

Profile - You have a vocational training certificate in maintenance and a good understanding of health and safety rules.
With experience in managing a team, you are capable of working unsupervised, have good organisational skills and adapt easily to changing priorities.

Job description - The Profit Centre Manager leads a team of supervisors, delivery drivers and technicians. He/she is responsible for overseeing the technical and operational management of the profit centre, as well as for increasing revenues generated by the installed base, containing costs and boosting margins. He/she manages relations with the principal clients.

 

Profile - With a business or logistics degree, you understand the technical and logistics aspects of the vending machine business. You are energetic, a team player and good with people.

Job description - Responsible for repairs at several sites in a region, the Vending Machine Technician maintains an installed base of vending machines in accordance with cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring that they are filled regularly.

 

Profile - You have up to two years’ higher education in electricity or electronics and significant experience in this position. You are a self-starter, know how to take responsibility and have a car.
