A graduate from Essec business school in France, Gilles Cojan spent the early part of his career within the Finance Department of two major industrial players - the pharmaceutical group Servier and the automotive supplier Valeo. He then went on to work in the banking sector for GTI Finance, a subsidiary of Banque Transatlantique. Gilles Cojan joined Elior in 1992 where he successively held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Group Managing Director Elior International and Strategy. Along with Robert Zolade Gilles Cojan sits on the Group's Strategy Committee as a representative of Bagatelle Investissement et Management, Elior's major long-standing shareholder. He is also a member of the Group Executive Comittee, responsible for Strategy and Partnerships.
