Once again, the 5th Taste of the Future day was a resounding.
Almost 80 alternating work/study graduates (baccalaureate +2 to baccalaureate +5 years) said yes in response to the invitation of the Group's Human Resources Department, to attend this day marking the end of their work/study apprenticeship within the Group.>
"At Elior, work/study alternation has proved its worth. We train young people about our professions. They know how we work and what our culture is. A real feeling of confidence is the result, combined with mutual enrichment. We offer them permanent accompaniment to help them become independent and professional, helping them see our activities in a new way which is important for our progress." explains Mireille Bou Antoun, Group HR Development Director.
"We offer them an opportunity to get to grips with professional experience by work/study alternation, leading on to job and career opportunities. It is up to them to become future members of the Group." confirms Agnès Bureau-Mirat, Group HRD.
Almost one out of 2 young persons attending the Taste of the Future day in 2010 was hired by Elior - proof that this day is a real jumping off point for the future of these graduates.
