The Elior Group and the Savignac school have enjoyed high-quality relations since 2005. Spurred on by the positive results of their actions, the two partners have decided to add to the durability of their cooperation, enriching it by the signature of an agreement. The two parties share the same goal: accompanying and preparing young managers for the changes and demands of our sector.
This cooperation will result in a number of actions, hinging essentially on two points: Informing students about the wealth and diversity of our businesses, and ensuring continuous recruiting of the executives trained at Savignac:
- proposing apprenticeship courses, based on operational and supporting functions throughout France, for institutional restaurant and business restaurant projects, - having the Elior participate actively in "event days" organized each year at the Savignac school, - special attention given to the candidacy of former Savignac students making applications within the Group. Another major step is a pedagogical contribution by the Group to this school which is highly committed to dovetailing its programs to fit the demands of the professionals.
