An equation that works out well: Elior + AFPA = 66 diplomas awarded
66 Elior partners working in the Institutional Restaurant services world have just been awarded their qualifications as restaurant or cuisine agents.
Produced on a partnership basis with AFPA (Association Nationale pour la Formation Professionnelle des Adultes - National Association for Adult Professional Training), these 2 training courses offer the possibility to Elior employees to acquire new skills, enabling them to move their way up through the Group and win a state-recognised diploma.
Available at 5 centres all over France, the course gives trainees the benefit of a geographical situation particularly suited to apprenticeship.
In addition, all of them are accompanied by a tutor (second chef, chef, manager or director of a restaurant) throughout the term of their training.
To Elior, this is a way of moving 10% of its employees up to responsible positions. It also contributes to the recognition, enhancing and professionalisation of all the Group's employees.
