Elior is the third largest player in the European contracted foodservice and related services market and deploys its expertise through three business lines: Contract Catering, Concessions and Support Services.  

 

We constantly hone our offerings in our three business lines with a view to providing our guests with menus and eating environments that combine nutritional values and new tastes with an enjoyable dining experience. At the same time, we propose a broad range of services that complement our foodservice offerings in the aim of satisfying all of our clients’ needs.

  

Contract Catering

 

We deploy our Contract Catering expertise in the Business & Industry, Education and Healthcare & Seniors sectors. 

 

The Contract Catering business represents:

• Over 12,547 restaurants and outlets
• €2,498m in revenue, i.e. 67.3% of consolidated revenue
• 52,060 employees
 

 

Concessions

 

 

We offer a wide range of catering solutions in the travel market –  on Motorways and at  Airports – as well as in the culture and leisure markets, for museums, exhibition centres, sporting venues and leisure centres.

 

 

The Concessions business represents:

• Over 2,370 restaurants and outlets
• €1,285m in revenue, i.e.  32.7% of consolidated revenue
• 16,700 employees
 

 

Support Services

 

We also provide solutions to meet our clients' specific needs for reception, switchboard, mail management, cleaning and light maintenance services.
