The Elior Group Enterprises Division is putting Fair Trade in pride of place in the Quinzaine Equitable (Fair Trade Fortnight) to be held between 9 and 24 May 2009. More than 130 participating sites will form part of Avenance Entreprises, Arpège or LRP.
Avenance Entreprises Having been a confirmed partner of the Max Havelaar association for several years, Avenance Entreprises is offering its patrons events based on Fair Trade in more than 100 restaurants all over France. Arpège Considering the Quinzaine Equitable as essential, Arpège is proposing its products and recipes derived from Fair Trade in twenty or so different restaurants: coffee, tea, bananas, vanilla-flavoured crèmes brûlées, fruit salads with tea, curried beef... giving the imagination of each free rein to help you discover all the sweet and savoury tastes that Fair Trade has to offer.
