L’Alsacienne de Restauration, which has recently celebrated its 30th anniversary, has committed to a large-scale sustainable development strategy reflected in the following: - A partnership with the WWF set up in 2009 as part of the WWF’s ninth “Children’s Call for Environmental Action" programme with a view to raising awareness about sustainable food. - Completion of the carbon emissions report issued by L’Alsacienne de Restauration’s central kitchen in Schiltigheim. - The introduction of organic food in menus served to children in Strasbourg schools, with a focus on local production and supply.
