The Elior Group – the third largest player in the European contracted foodservice and related services market – has just signed two new partnership agreements with higher-education establishments in France: the Ecole de Savignac and the CETIA (Centre d’Etudes du Tourisme de l’hôtellerie et des Industries de l’Alimentation) which forms part of Toulouse Le Mirail University. These new partnerships are rooted in the Group's underlying objective of stepping up recruitment and professional training in its hospitality and catering business.
Both of these colleges offer higher-education programmes that lead to specific hospitality and catering qualifications. The Ecole de Savignac – an extremely well-known college attached to the Dordogne Chamber Commerce – provides operations and administrative management training in the areas of hospitality and catering, tourism and leisure. The CETIA proposes vocational undergraduate degree programmes as well as post-graduate degree courses in tourism, hospitality and contract catering.
