Eliance new restaurant : The "8ème ciel" at Toulouse airport

     Spaces felted by the restaurant the " 8ème ciel" at the airport of Toulouse opened their doors last Thursday during the inauguration of the quite new restaurant Eliance. This restaurant, at the upper level of the airport, benefits from an impregnable panoramic view(sight) on tracks in particular on Airbuses A380. 
In the entrance, the travelers can benefit from a space quiet and peaceful lounge, to the sophisticated colors. Plates meal or still varied sweets are proposed. In the left extremity of the restaurant, lounge Vip offers flexible spaces which can welcome various types of demonstrations(conferences, seminaries, cocktails. Breakfasts and business lunches are also possible for it.

- Bocal de foie gras traditionnel, polenta croustillante
- Soupe glacée de petits pois, tartine maraîchère au pistou
- Risotto à l’encre de seiche, encornets et rouget à la plancha
- Mille feuille de brandade de morue douce à l’olive noire

    Open from : 8.30 to 22.00 from monday to friday, and from 11.00 to 22.00 on week-end and days off.
