Pôle Santé partnership agreement with EPIDE

3 members of the Elior Group's Healthcare Services Competence Centre have signed a national partnership agreement with EPIDE

Avenance Santé-Résidences, Hôpital Service and FMC have signed a national partnership agreement with EPIDE (Etablissement Public d'Insertion de la Défense) to help provide employment opportunities for low-skilled young people.

The aim of this three-year agreement is to offer information sessions and employment opportunities for volunteers aged between 18 and 22 who do not have any qualifications and who are at risk of social marginalisation.

The three members of Elior's Healthcare Services Competence Centre (Pôle Santé) have undertaken to organise information sessions for the EPIDE programme volunteers on their specific businesses as well as training and career opportunities. In addition, they will offer the volunteers two-month “introductory” internships. At the end of the internship the volunteers may be hired by one of the entities if they have acquired the skills required for working in a company.
This partnership with EPIDE is the second of its kind signed by the Group following the EPIDE partnership entered into by the Business & Industry division in July 2007.
