Arpège at “110”, the new restaurant at Accor’s head office
Arpège, an Elior Group company, has won the contract to provide foodservices for the staff restaurant at Accor’s new head office, located 110 avenue de France in Paris’ 13th district.
The restaurant opened on 18 April.
For Sustainable Development Week, a special organic menu was prepared and served to all the employees. It included quinoa tabbouleh, grilled chicken marinated in lime juice, roasted tomatoes and courgettes, and a molten chocolate spice cake with orange and passion fruit sauce.
